This app is horrible as soon as I get a reward credit I am unable to use it because it keeps telling me my billing address is invalid. Which its clearly not. Called customer service and they don’t know why its saying invalid so I’m stuck with a reward credit that I can’t USE!!!!! VERY FRUSTRATING
Pretty useless that it will confirm your payment. Take your payment. Say you got tickets. Then have you deal with support to try find your tickets. Update. After a back and forth of, I haven’t got my tickets that you said are delivered. All they said they could do was try contact the seller. They went from pretty useless to useless. Scam of an app should be removed

Even if you take put insurance, they don’t stand behind their product or customers.
Never again. I found out if I don’t receive my tickets, I don’t get my money back. I’m stick with StubHub or Ticketmaster.
Love this app. I’ve been buying tickets thru Vivid seats for at least 8 yrs. I finally downloaded the app .which makes it so simple to have your tickets saved in your wallet. Also have cheaper service fees.
Trying to use reward credits for a game that was canceled due to Covid before they expire in 3 days. Reward credits is not an option for payment when I was trying to order my new tickets, they won’t talk to you on the phone about reward credits and they are not answering emails at this time and there is no date or time when they will be answering emails. WTH
