Awesome rates, drivers and service
I’ve had Via for over a year and let me tell you…the experience has not been pleasant. I’ve taken over 200 rides. Plenty of late rides, unsafe drivers, and cramped vehicles have made this service unbearable. Only reason I still use this is because it’s the cheapest option and I cannot afford Uber and Lyft everytime I want to get somewhere. (7/9/22) (Update) its somehow gotten worse. Drivers dont tell you a thing and are always late..oh and no credits anymore, not even for bad rides. (12/9/22)
Cheap, but inconvenient and unreliable. I guess you get what you pay for. Terrible service.
He said to download the app it works with Metro and affordable way other than the Metro Transit but then there’s nothing in their area everything where I’m going is not in their service area so what is the point of advertising this

I am no longer using this service. Yesterday, I asked my driver to let me out of the vehicle 3 times & he refused. I felt very uneasy & uncomfortable. Luckily, I was able to get out & ran the rest of the way to my destination.
Been using via for my regular commute home, sure it saved good money but wasted a lot of time as well. They are not true to their estimated arrival time, sometimes they are off by 15-20 mins, and drivers don’t even pick up calls. If they improve on that and the way the app works and shows accurate information, i think you have a big market out there.
Great service
Via is better than public transport for me, no bus routes going the right direction to my house. The drivers are friendly, attentive, and experienced drivers. They’re the reason I gave it 3 stars. The app is not well designed. The time estimates are always 10+ minutes off. I’ve had the app tell me my driver is here, and then have the car i get into turn out to be the wrong one. I’m currently sitting here waiting for a vehicle that is 15 minutes late, because the app doesn’t understand traffic
This was the worst cab experience I have ever had. Unless you have an eternity or you don’t have an important work, you can rely on this for a cheaper ride.
