What an a amazing trip, me and my family book this a rental property from vacasa for a whole week and we ended up extended another week, every thing was perfect, clean, peace and quiet but an amazing neighborhood, 💯 friendly neighbors,, close to all the bars, a minute away from downtown Tacoma, all my expectations and needs were meant and all the things you needed for cooking was there, I give them 5 stars for doing such an amazing job…..thank you vacasa for welcoming our family….GB

More so my experience with renting a cabin through Vacasa, not the app itself. The taxes and fees nearly doubled the cost of our honeymoon cabin rental and we are only somewhat satisfied with the cabin we got. I felt some of the photos were misleading and most of the lights/lamps were broken?? I won’t use Vacasa again to book a cabin.
Couldn’t provide me with a key for my room after 2 and a half hours of waiting. No staff on site to assist, spent all that time on their tech support- no one had any idea what was going on. Had booked a week ago. Unbelievably bad experience.
Doesn’t connect to email links. I had our reservation sent to us from another member in our party and their email link does not connect well to the app. 100K downloads just went back down to 99.9k

Only became aware of this company a few days ago apparently they bought out the company we had made a reservation with we have a crisis down in Florida requested that they allow us to alter our dates they refused very inconsiderate kept our deposit money over compassion
