Useless and a waste of memory. No functionality regarding time card, punch clock, pto, requesting time off, etc. Basically allows you to see your pay rate, personal contact info and previous pay stub. Should be called UKG LITE. Not a PRO edition, and by far the least functional of the half dozen payroll apps I’ve used. Additionally, no website ability to login through mobile browser. Absolutely Useless, push your HR to switch payroll companies!!!

It quits working after a couple of uses then I have to uninstall it reinstall it to get it to work then it goes down again and I have to repeat the steps it’s getting annoying
This is seriously the worst an least helpful workbased app I’ve ever used. You literally cant get anything done with it. You have to use a computer to do anything and even that portal is horribly made. I literally cannot believe companies use this portal. It is so bad in every way. Please try to improve.
It doesn’t work, plain and simple, check the other reviews, same thing, the company we work for should’ve checked the reviews before joining this trash. If youre an employer and plan on using this, don’t.
Update: still the Worst payroll app I’ve ever used, took 3 weeks to fix my direct deposit and put my actual phone number on my account, except, the phone number that isn’t mine is still attached to my account. And the only thing that seems to work on the app is the menu that tells you how much you’ve been paid
I mainly used the app to check my schedule but for the past few week the option has been completely removed and I have to do a complicated logging in process on my browser…please bei g it back it’s a pain.
This app is horrible. Bugs galore and I can’t even access the basic functions I need to check work schedule or check my time off.
2022 update still isn’t good, try to do courses and I’m constantly met with a loading symbol with no end .. **update** latest update has made the app worse!!!! The app is annoying beyond belief with issues at every turn, the way the paystubs show up is the worst of any payroll I’ve seen much prefered the old payroll my company used before…overly complicated something that should be simple is the best description ultifail
Buttons go missing. Unavailable to clock in. App is pointless if you have to go to the website. You have to reinstall to get it to work. Easier to use website and desktop mode.
