I’ve been waiting over 3 weeks for my cash out but it just says pending. I’ve triple checked my info and everything is correct so the problem is not on my end. I’m beginning to think they have no intention of making the payouts.

Well despite the instructions, it’s not really clear how this works. The app wouldn’t open properly or load properly
(Trunow has a certain set of rules to accept a receipt. With out any address, date ,amount , method of payment (4 digits.credit /debit) or Purchase details retailers will not accept the receipts and on the receipt hand strikes on the receipts. This type of receipts will not accpet by the retailers. Thanks for understanding.) THIS IS THE STUPID MESSAGE THAT I GOT FROM THE “SUPPORT TEAM” WHEN I REACH OUT TO THEM ASKING WHY THEY KEEP ON REJECTING MY CASH PAID RECIPTS? SEAMS THEY WANT ONLY💳 CARDS!
