Policy will not pull up nor anything else!
App is terrible. Waste of time. Hasn’t been updated for over a year? Sounds like they wanted an app, to have an app, not understanding what their users want in an app or the costs of maintaining an app. I got this so I could have a quick digital reference to my policy before and during my travel. When I got in and couldn’t find it and found pagination across 4 swipes on their home screens that did nothing… Instant uninstall. This company has no real appetite to make an app.
I downloaded the Trawick App to have the travel insurance documents available to me while on our trip. It never connected to my documents but ran in the background continuously. Even after I logged out and closed it was still running. I could not open the documents and the app would not close. I uninstalled it. Count me as very dissatisfied.
Who tests this software? Geeze, unable to get a copy of my benefits/policy via the app. I hit the request and my app goes into a cycling indicator but nothing gets delivered. Anything that puts money in their hands works. Another grump I have, but not with the app, is they keep bugging me to do an extension even though I already did.
Doesn’t work, 24 hour tracking, very suspicious – but the insurance itself and customer service are great
Couldn’t pull up any of the documents via the app. Ended up creating an account online and will just print off the materials. Wouldn’t waste your time on this app.
They dont reply back to you especially if its regarding a claim. This is such a bogus travel insurance
Can’t even get started…asks for my membership number when trying to register! Suspect I would get that after I register…ahhh!
