Haven’t tried an actual cab request but so far it is not bad at all… I will alter review to reflect the entire process from request to drop off soon. Update: Ready to use the app after first downloading it and I no longer can sign in. The app keeps freezing.
It doesn’t work. The app crashed right after I registered and it’s the same thing when I try to login.
Everything I open the app it freezes and then crashes.
I have not been able to use this app in about a year since I first downloaded it. Everytime I try to open it freezes while loading. I have uninstalled and reinstall multiple time and everytime l get to the log in page after it keeps saying the app is not responding. Can you please fix this? I am also getting fed up with the calling as everytime I need to book a transport I have to call more than 10 times and 9/10 times it just ring and disconnect. I am very disappointed

App can’t send password reset and I never got in to begin with
Wanting permission to make calls and access messages, no, can’t do that. This business will die or just stay stagnant with the app requirements.
I can’t seem to understand why you need permission to my camera, photographs and contacts and need permission to control all my messages and phone calls and to draw over all apps…. This is too much for a simple taxi ride #DELETE
