Good app
When I first set up my account with my organization, the app worked fairly well and I was able to use my school scanners with ease. When I switched phones, all of those things stopped working well and it doesn’t scan even though the app has my organization ID and is connected to my Google wallet / Google pay wallet as well so I don’t know why it doesn’t scan. the first phone I set it up with was my Samsung s10e and the second phone that I am using is the Moto g stylus 5G.
There is no option to select your region, which is a feature that would solve many issues I have read about in reviews. I am a Canadian student in Canada, going to a Canadian school. I bought my phone in Canada. Yet no matter what I do (setting a VPN location to another city in Canada, redownloading), it will only display schools in the USA.
When will we get Samsung Watch support?
It won’t go past the Account Activity screen. I have rebooted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled and still nothing further.
Really nice interface. It would be great if the widget supported smaller sizes.
Trying to turn off a card is disabled. Attempting to add funds doesn’t work, even though my card is unable to be disabled. Also regular card scanners have been disabled to force us to use this barely functional app. Implementing this app for daily college use was a big mistake.
More stable
No bugs, works perfectly. If the connection isn’t super strong it doesn’t work at all but that’s expected I guess
Very user friendly and intuitive. The only thing that I think they need to fix is when I add funds it creates a second account instead of adding money to the existing one. Otherwise I would give it a 5 Keep it simple and it works!
