1’20’23 Absolutely no response from devs on any issue. This app is trash and the company doesn’t gaf. You paid? Move on. We don’t care. No pic in pic play is a real downside. I first reported this issue in May of 2021. I reported again in January 2022. Are you all DECEASED?

Just trying to download The Great Courses and having a problem with no assistance.
The Great Courses are wonderful, and it’s a delight to listen to and watch the lectures on my phone!
The courses are great, the software delivery is garbage. And somehow keeps getting worse.
Pretty good. Two shortcomings. First, the app doesn’t let you search for new titles, only what you’ve purchased through the website. Second, it shows purchased and free topics mixed together. I just want to see my purchases, or at least push the free suggested topics to the end of the list.
I keep trying to download a lecture to listen to, but they never show up in my download library.
Reinstalling. Cannot use memory card.
