extremely poor customer service. Beta testing for new features is laughable. There is never any in game announcements of upcoming updates, and due to the almost non-existent testing they dont work or break some other part of the game. Overall a dreadful experience.

After the last 3 updates i keep getting booted off and out of game.. each time i do anything.. can’t even get into the game i spent thousands to play and upgrade…FIX THE DAMN GAME STOP ADDING THE PROBLEMS… cant you fix this game? Im still cant get in long enough to see or do anything.. . galaxy s10e phone .Now can’t get into my account think I got hacked. Was in, left to clean phone. New security app caught you red handed, turning on my microphone on my phone. Stay the HELL OUT OF PHONE.!!

Game updates keep crashing the game….updates are unannounced which means you cam have significant progress losses……also some players have apparent corporate access due to the unbelievable rate as t which they advance…..very unbalanced game player wise
