Because it will not let me log into my account
Can someone tell me how to fix my step because I can’t use any redeem codes, it keeps saying I can’t use them within 14 days of signing up and I’ve had step for longer than 14 days
Would give 5 stars, I was convinced this was a good card choice for me. I just got it from the mail after waiting for 1 and a half weeks. Then I get an error saying my card isn’t support when I try and link my step card.
Question, can i buy stuff online with step, without having a physical card? If so, how?
Since update can’t open or use! It updated 11/17/22 I can’t even open the app, it never makes it past the little multicolor triangle. I need a work around fast. My family relies on this for their spending money everyday and I add money to their accounts every Friday. Not being able to do this is ridiculous. Defeats the purpose of having the app and since I can’t log in on a computer to transfer funds I guess it just isn’t going to happen. Unacceptable. Don’t do updates if can’t do better!
