Great concept, Great app. I particularly liked the fact that the pick up time was flexible and booking could be easily extend to the next day if needed.
Had a great Stasher experience! Used it to store my big luggage (after staying in one place for a month) in order to backpack around Europe for two weeks. Super easy to use and much more convenient and reliable than storing it at an airport. The luggage room was in a hotel 10 minutes away from the airport that even offered a shuttle service for much cheaper than a taxi.
I booked and paid for storage. Never received a confirmation email. When I tried to login it said that it’d send a code to my email but it never did. I tried five or six times and it didn’t work. Ended up having to pay again with someone else.
This only concerns the application itself. It is impossible to book through the app: the application closes itself at payment but luckily stores the booking in the shopping cart. However(!) the app refuses to load the shopping cart. Eventually we booked through the website and were able to leave our luggage in that way. The service was fantastic but the app was useless
App unresponsive on various occasions. Poor design experience
If the CEO of stasher was in front of me I’d politely tell him I’d like to “drop kick his nan down the stairs” due to the terrible experience I had using his app
Stasher location was closed, offered alternate location was going to be 1hour round trip. Still waiting on the refund.
Place was closed when I arrived at reservation time. Chat slow and unresponsive. Called customer service. She was nice but no help. I’m requesting a refund.
