If your ANGi detects a crash event where you’ve likely been knocked unconscious, your emergency contacts will be sent an email or text alert from your phone and notified of your location.

Life saving app. Works great. Also great way to use as a back-up in case Strava app fails to record properly.
Disappointing. I don’t think it’s worked properly since Android 13 arrived. No amount of uninstalling, reinstalling or permission checking or blaming wahoo/wahoo app (which works just fine thankyou) will get it seeing let alone functioning with the wahoo app/Bolt.
Downloaded firmware update the other day. Also put in new battery. Angi never activated. Contacted Specialized. Turns out you have to use an Energizer battery for it to make good contact. Put one in & helmet now wakes up when shaken. But app still shows helmet as inactive & won’t connect. Getting very fed up with this. Only reason I bought the helmet was for crash detection but what good is it if it never sees the sensor?
Oct 2022. What a joke! After the developer contacts me privately to say they are pushing out an update, nothing happens, then my settings are erased, my Angi devices gone, had to reconfigure everything again instead of going for a ride. This has been by far one of the worst & most unprofessional apps ever experienced! Specialized should be ashamed of this and whoever is managing, developing and QC on this app. You are playing with people’s safety and lives. Can’t wait to see a US class action!!
Uploads flawlessly to Strava and Kommot. Would be 5 but sometimes Bluetooth takes quite a few tries to connect
Keeps on finishing the ride half way through, no tracking info recorded, used to work in an impact, but doesn’t seem to any more, which is worrying because I ride solo, only reason I bought it.
The app worked great, until my last ride. I had angi tracking me and everything was working when I started. But after I stopped for a break I checked my phone to see it stopped tracking me and asked me to sign in and set up angi as if I’ve never done it before. Now I can’t trust it to always track me if I have a crash.
Absolute useless app. Whilst I am riding, twice now, it prompts me to create an account. Bloody useless. Some rides have also not being saved. Stay away. Only thing good about Specialized is their bikes. Rather sticks to bikes and leave the app for the technical pros….
The app does not link to Mission Control and cannot addup total miles and other info correctly. The route riden often bears little relation to what is recorded or is not recorded at all. What has gone wrong with it? Can we have release V2 back please?
Is not saving rides anymore. Will probably have to uninstall and start over.
