The SCCU staff are excellent! Every in-person visit has gone smoothly w/o issue. Every Teller has been super helpful, quick, and beyond proficient at their job. Online banking is my only issue. I’m locked out after every other visit and phone numbers I don’t know keep appearing on my SCCU Profile, despite constantly deleting the number as soon as I see it was added. Huge Security Liability!!

Works well for what I want and expect. App can be a little glitchy at times. Freezes or force closes at times but works well after a restart. Still allows me to use my fingerprint which I enjoy.
The worst banking app experience. I’ve reported 4 times how difficult it is. Each time there was a response for followup that never happened. Impossible to locate a credit card statement without making a phone call for help. Customer service failed to follow through and I have lost confidence in this credit union. My voice is not good enough for them.
Deposit via smart device not working for me. It used to work on my previous device, for a few transactions. Then it began saying “image quality does not meet our standards “, or some such. I attributed it to my phone being old and out of date, but now I have a brand new device, downloaded the app and it does not work on this phone either. The app stinks! Useless!
Sluggish, slow, freezing For the past several months
Easy and super intuitive to use. The only issue I’ve ever had is with opening statements, mortgage, credit card etc. I’m not sure that’s even an SCCU app.
Not add functional as I would like.
