I love being able to check my account night or day!! There are so many times I can’t get to the bank and this brings peace of mind being able to check it😊
I have lost money to World Remit because it claimed a recipient had picked up money I sent when I know they could not have. They could not because I was never sent the code or PIN number for pickup. When I have gone to the help chat they sometimes go away for a length of time while I wait for help. For some reason the website freezes up when I send to India. No other countries just India. This is really annoying and tedious. I think they need to improve on these aspects of their service.
This app is very mundane. The overall aesthetics and functions are behind the times. The mobile banking is shaky, if transferring money I never know if when entering an amount of my keyboard will be prompted. Half the time I’m just stuck because my keyboard won’t come up to enter values. Needs a serious overall.
