Recent Seek by iNaturalist Reviews
Normally very accurate with the plants I am scanning. Only problem is it’s very hard to get a good enough picture of an animal for it to be able to get an accurate species.

Can’t log in with my inaturalist acount. Can you Fix this please?.
Seems like they’ve taken care of the back button bug so this isn’t draining as much battery as it used to. But the camera autofocus is still poor. Sometimes makes it difficult to find the right distance for even recognizing what I’m looking at through the camera.

It’s fun and can be interesting but don’t assume the app identified the thing correctly. It has gotten many photos wrong. But if you are just out and about and are curious what that cool plant/spider/bug might be, this app can sometimes point you in the right direction. 🙂
Not accurate, very first insect id the app wasn’t even close. I’m going to keep it until spring-summer to try it out with plants but so far it’s awful for bug id.
Very useful for ID’ing out in nature. The app also keeps track of your collection of species you find, but the ID isn’t accurate 100% of the time and there are occasional bugs. Good app though and hope it improves
It can accurately identify almost anything but I scanned something from a book and it guessed it wrong, the thing it guessed was in the correct category but if your eating random plants then you can probably trust it but do more research and don’t kill yourself. edit, I ate a random berry that this app said was edible and I guess it was edible but it came with a lot of time by a bucket lol.
it could use a little more video game to it, but its the closest thing to a naturalists pokemon go that exists
