Garbage app is enough to make me want to switch banks. If I can’t get in half the time, what’s the point?
I absolutely hate this app. Never seems to work properly. I find myself using the website more than the app.
Unresponsive. I can no longer use it. Already uninstalled and re-installed, same thing.
Extremely slow loading log on page…takes forever it seems. Very frustrating to say the least.
I open the app and it freezes my screen. I deleted and re installed and I get a little further each time but can never fully check my balance account. Extremely annoyed with this app.
This app is horrid. You can’t do anything on the app all the functionality is only available on a computer browser. It doesn’t exist on tablets and is exceptionally not user friendly. Might as well just sign into the web browser and save the space on your phone.
App is still in poor condition. Should really be a beta version. Extremely slow, last big update just made it about 2-3 times slower. Takes minutes it’s seems just to bring up the login screen. Wifi 5g doesn’t matter it’s extremely slow. At this point the website is alot more user friendly than the app. Constantly going out for “maintainence”.
There doesn’t seem to be a “Log Out” button to exit web site. You have to use “back button” several times before it asks if you are signing out. I find that unusual. What do say?
Not able to login
The app is constantly having connection issues which can be stupidly annoying when you’re in line at a store. They’ve had a long time to fix this.
