I bought a ticket online and my qr code never got sent to me. I went to the concert and customer support for SeatGeek was very little help. I usually never leave reviews but I am very upset at how my experience with SeatGeek Customer experience turned out. I had to get help at the ticket booth at the concert to be let in. No thanks to SeatGeek. Thats is why I am leaving a one star review. I have used other ticket purchasing apps in the past without any issues at all.

Lost $324 in tickets because I could not access them. SGeek said I’d receive an email with my tickets but couldn’t tell me when or who it would come from. Bought my tickets months in advance and waited for the email that never came. Called customer service and we just talked about finding the email. Searched junk and spam. Nada. Football game came and went. It’s idiotic not to be able to access tickets from the app like a plane ticket, which is far more secure. Never using seat geek again.
