Terrible, drivers take a route then cancel the route ,hoping to take the funds
App does not open repeatedly when I try to book a ride.
The app didn’t bother telling me they don’t even have drivers here. Waited 20 mins while it said searching drivers… And ended up with Uber as usual… UPDATE!!!!!! So I did what you said… And still no RIDE was available. Luckily I didn’t try on a day I had to be at work. Why tell me to try when there are no drivers in my area? And why don’t the app know that there are no drivers instead of actually letting users sit there believing they are actually waiting on something?

App kept hanging up when I tried to type an address in. Had to use the map, a very laborious task. No way to enter preferred locations likrs nle ‘home’ or ‘work’. Driver never available for pick up at work. Program is too young for me at this time.
