whenever I have a maintenance issue I just submit a work order and the work is done and there is a record of it
I tried to register and they kept telling me my information was already registered under and email that isn’t even mine . They wouldn’t even let me use a new email because of this account I apparently have under a different email . I’ve never lived at a property that used this so idk why they would have me under an email that isn’t mine . They have no customer service number , not even an email you can use for help ! the staff is awesome and accommodating. I have been blessed to have quiet tenants around, (it’s an apartment complex so there will be some noise), but 95% quiet – love it. The grounds themselves, are clean and appealing to the eye. I’ve been here two months and I feel it was a good choice! Thank you AVELLAN ❤️ for my new home!!!
Retarded. All of a sudden stopped taking my debit card for payment. 3rd month in a row of late fees because no one can help me. Do not rely on this stupid ap to pay your rent. It will get you evicted.

Easy to use app, works as intended. Every time I’ve submitted a trouble ticket, I’ve been contacted within the week, usually the next day to schedule a date/time for the repairs, which tells me the app I use gets the information across to the people I need it to get to promptly.
Can’t login in through the regular way or the verification. Screen just literally does nothing.
