It was a little difficult to understand how to play but my parents and I still really enjoyed playing!
Overall, pretty good game. The app had some issues recognizing the cards, but I would just wave over another card and come back and it worked out well.
Camera locks and you have to point it at a black surface to reset it. Other than that, good!
This app works as described. Love the audio mystery games! Have three and enjoyed them all! Waiting for The Cursed Ring to become available. Definitely a must-have!
This was fun! I’m not sure why people are having problem with the app, we had no issues with lagging and the cards scanned perfectly. We enjoyed figuring out the order of the cards. We didn’t find it overly difficult, but were thankful we got multiple tries to figure out where the cards belonged 🙂 I look forward to trying another Echoes game.
Keeps crashing partway through entering the solutions. Doesn’t save progress, so can’t enter all the solutions to complete the game.
Don’t waste your time, the app doesn’t work. It claims my phone doesn’t have scanning abilities (it does), and the game is supposed to allow you to put in codes on the cards if the scanning option doesn’t work. But the play button is completely grayed out if the scanning doesn’t work, making the codes completely useless! Worst app ever.
Unplayably laggy at times. And there’s no method that I can find to rotate the screen. That sucker is locked in one specific landscape orientation, and you better get used to it. So keep that in mind if you have a preferred landscape positioning of your phone while you play (maybe you need/want a charging cable or headphones attached, maybe you simply like your buttons being on the top of the screen instead of the bottom; whatever your reasons). But the main problem is the BRUTAL lag.
