The app wasn’t working for a long time, being told bugs were fixed but wasn’t. It works now but it just seems to be people talking about how but not actually doing routines. I’ve developed my own workouts using “keep fitness” app and incorporating my vibration board when applicable and highly recommend everyone reading this, do the same. It gives a good sweat 🙂 if you need a whole app to tell you how to use your board instead of the internet or instruction manual then this app will be great!
Just tried to create an account for the first time. Won’t work. Keeps saying “characters in email are invalid.” I have proofread and re-entered my email address many times. still no luck!! My existing email has been working for every other app for the past 20 or so years. What’s up with that?

Won’t allow me to even create an account via the app Went directly to website created an account and it still didn’t work on the app some more bugs need to be worked out
Wouldn’t accept my email address
After buying this expensive machine, I can’t get the app set up because it doesn’t recognize my email and when I contact app support I get no response. They were very eager to sell me the device, but support after the sale seems to be vaporware.
