Terrible. Even if booking in advance like 1 day, or a week ahead, driver still gonna be late 40min to an hour, making you miss all your appointments. Will not recomend to use, if you need to go somewhere at a particular hour, as you will lose your appointment . I had to wait 2 months for my appointment, booked a cab, a day ahead. He was 40-50 min late and was still not coming, missed my appointment. Beware don’t use.
Won’t let me book but still.takes pending payment. I’ve now got £30 of pending payments but the app keeps saying payment failed. Still can’t book a cab either.
It was like i was on a race track this drive spead arond corners like it was a race track did not feel safe with him hope he dose not pick me up again The only driver that i would complain about i have used these cars every day for the last 14 days and i have had him twice ever one else i had has been great sorry this brakes the moldthanks

Booked a cab at 7 for 2 o’clock arrived at quarter to 4 after having canceled on us twice, and having to call up multiple times to get the taxi to come to us. Got excuses like ” I’m really sorry I accidentally cancelled your cab “.” It’s on its way it’s just doing a airport run and someone’s bicycle is stuck in the cab” who brings a bicycle to the airport at 3 o’clock in the morning how are you getting that in your hold on? Only redeeming quality was the driver, he was really nice.
All over excellent I have one complaint with Some of the cab drivers will say they have not got Add machine when they are all supposed to carry it this is something that you really this is something that you really do need to sort out other than that excellent company
Terrible service from this taxi company,waited over an hour for a taxi that wasn’t on the online map. Late for work due to incompetence.
