Hopeless app. The reservations made once you click on it. Nothing happen. You’d expect it to show you details which is what it is trying to but doesn’t.
Eric Sims was such an awesome employee. I cannot say enough about him or his staff in the office. My car battery died and they didn’t hesitate to help. So grateful. They were professional prompt and effective.
Beta software and a poor one at that. Can’t use the app as is crashes every time you open it. I wish developers would test the software before they release it.
App keeps crashing. I have sent emails , posted on FB and IG with no solution. I had to change to a different parking location on last trip. Ready to go away again and still can’t book reservation. I have Platinum discount here so I would like to book here to get discount. Please help!
Not easy to use for a first time user. Well I had to use the parking garage for the exit so I could not bring up my reservation cause I had no cell signal. Next time all paper. Linda the cashier at MSP needs a raise too
App doesn’t work. I uninstalled and reinstalled and it still won’t pull up the qr code for my reservation.
Well the 1st time i used the app it worked fine. Now, it will not advance past the #2 review step. Ive changed the dates, the type of parking, ive waited, i uninstalled it, reinstall, logged out, logged in, nothing…..won’t get past the review step. This is the reason i quit using Wallypark because their app was terrible….guess I’ll try Parking Spot next. There has to be at least 1 off airport parking company in the USA with a functional app.
I would give the app 5 stars if it didn’t blind 😎 me every time I use it. Why in the world would the developers “significantly” increase the phone screen brightness to a very uncomfortable level? When I exit the app, the brightness returns to normal. I never experienced this with any other app on many different phones. PLEASE FIX IT!!
App loads reservations very slowly. Need a place to make a note about which parking space I am parked in, or a way to hold a photo of the space number or space ticket the driver gives us.
Unable to make a reservation due to bugs in the app.
