12/27/2022 reducing to 1 star. This is mostly because Ourbus has the worst customer service. After changing my trip last minute to an inconvenient time that has me arriving on Chrismas eve, they simply will not help me try to find a better solution their reps just stopped interayafter a few messages, and did not call me when I requested. They did not even refund me the fare difference. The app is buggy as hell too. Keeps logging me out, trying to have me book without coupons (which a scam)…
Very easy to use and accurate!
Each time I purchase tixs it is almost double. There is NO advantage of buying the pkg of tixs for a discount.
Coupons don’t work
Great service to NYC but most us dislike picture taken in the bus by employee of our bus…we do respect our privacy. She say it is company policy. Bs

Was late almost 2 hours for initial pick up and the bus tracker app doesn’t work. Yes I’ve done all updates and closed the app and reopened it.
Clean,convenient,and punctual
The bus doesn’t meet the schedule.
Do NOT use. My bus on Thanksgiving day was “PREponed” by an hour. I received an email about it over an hour after my bus departed. The customer service agent did not offer a refund and just sent me a link prompting me to purchase a new ticket for a bus leaving four hours early.
