Very helpful
Check in just don’t work. I reserved 3 rooms for 6 people, but when I insert the reservation number or shows just 2 rooms for 4 people. When I try to send the documentation, in the last step (email) I receive the error “An error occurred. Please try again”. So I spent a lot of time trying to advance the process, but I will need to do everything at the front desk anyway.
Hi I’ve tried to check in through the app the passport photo uploaded fine, but every time I submit my email address it says “there is an error please try again” if I am doing something wrong I would happily rewrite my review but at the minute I would only give it one star.
App suckd. Won’t log in. Hotel staff worse
Please dont go there waste of money awful service desk.you have to make lines to go to the restaurants even if you have a vip bracelet for the pyramid. app didnt work with my info.
The app doesnt download. And thats just the first problem. The internet is $10 a day. The staff seem miserable. And my key didnt work. And don’t sign up for that high pressure timeshare option. It will take 4 hours. You really want to do all that on a vacation. As a matter of fact, stay away from this place period.
App keeps trying to download, it’s been a couple of hours now🤬
They tell you to download the app at check in to get more information about the resort. For some reason it’s not letting me download, constantly says pending. At least have secondary information for guests who can’t get access through this stupid app. By the way this place blows I don’t recommend the “resort” at all. Not inclusive. Nothing works here. Long lines. Look somewhere else.
It was stupid it was a waste of money and time staff horrible and rasist if anyone who is not mexicon when they go in pool they kick you out when mexecan go in they let them do there thing they also let mexican rome around with no mask and they dont let us out of our room without mask my mom asked if they have saftey and they said no if you go here you are dumb and are going to find out that you are wasting valuble money and time.🤨😬😑😭🤬🤬🤬🤬😡😡😤👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🙅♂️🙅♀️🙅
