No ads. Premade lists together with approximate weight are convenient. However, the app constantly gets in your face with demand you sign up. Even if you already have a list, the app won’t start into it or into the overview but rather suggest that you sign up (yes, it’s that annoying) and make a new list. Also it’s impossible to delete an item from the list view, you have to open it and invoke its own menu. Also it’s impossible to exit the app (!), at least with standard Android gestures
