difficult to use, My login was not as long as the instruction to write in password, attempts to de;ete the instruction instaead went to longin & asked if I forgot my password
Does not approve purchases that are scanned and eligible
Great way to access your HSA for a number of reasons.
Can’t log in, keeps saying problem occurred contact administrator even after changing pw. Called and I can now log into the website but still not the app.
Always Easy to reach customer service, they know the peoduct they support.
Easy to use
I hate this app, unless you use it weekly BOA acts like their banking service is higher and mightier than any other financial app you might have and refuses to recognize the biometric without logging in frequently – whats the effing point of the biometrics if you have to hunt down your pw each time? Oh, and in case you say “let Google/Apple autofill the pw”, well BOA thinks it is so much more secure by sacrificing user friendliness so it wont allow Google to autofill the name/pw. Cmon BOA!
Looks meh. Works fine
Great app, easy to navigate
A lil hectic, but overall, satisfying
