We’ve had a ton of trouble with frontier internet service. They never seem to fix the problems! They want you to spend you’re own money on internet boosters and stuff like that. F.Y.I….they don’t work! Save you’re money. We have tried 3 different boosters. With their internet cost skyrocketing, I wish there was other internet companies in our area. We would change companies in a second ! very unsatisfied customer/customers on my road that are with frontier!
What happened to internet speed check with this latest app update? The only useful feature of the app is now missing? Please find it and restore it.
Even after 30 minutes working with a rep in chat (Earl and supervisor Mike: who were very helpful) could not get this to work. I’ve tried signing in through the https on chrome– with Mac, I phone and this app for Android, on Samsung phone & tablet and nothing has worked. I’m told today they are having “technical problems” with both the https and the Android app, and “IT is working on it.” They said to try again in 24 hours. But I’ve reviews as far back as 2018 and doesn’t look good.
I wish there was a below 1 star option.
very negative when spend 2 hours trying everyway possible to access account to find out all acct info lost and re-register. Instructions, but for this but every time I follow directions am told my information is incorrect and no account number found.
