It’s a good app. And easy to use but I feel it needs a few touch ups as in transferring points to your new app on your new phone and sometimes making reservations dosnt work
Same problem as others it’s a lot of taps on the calendar between June 2022 and April 1952. Plus points showing in one part of the app but not in the rewards.
A great app. I’ve already used my points to buy a fabulous meal. Well worth it.
Difficult, unfriendly, gives wrong information. Keeps asking to re log in…

In order to book anything through the app you need to make a profile, fair enough, and wants your D.O.B. BUT the calendar is not the best as in I have to click back arrow 650 times to reach my date of birth. Website isn’t much better either – trying to book biancos – calendar won’t load so I can’t select a date. I also tried booking brunch at Empire – no brunch options came up. Had to phone to make a reservation
Very bad. It’s given me a verification code and it never accepts it. Always comes up with error message.
Love Imperial Tai Pan so tried to download app. Doesnt show anything but other restaurants in the group. No info of menus or how to accumulate points, menus etc.
