Doesnt work. it just sits there saying logging in ?? Can this be fixed asap please !! After reading the comments on here i tried it on.my wifes ipad and it works on apple so you have to have a iphone to use it… apple is not the only op system. Android it doesnt work on 🙁 very disapointing

Terrible app. You cant even log in. Also they’re online claims portal is broken and you can’t submit there either. Terrible service, don’t use this!

Downloadg the app to my mobile & tablet (android) & accessing my policy was very easy. Tip:The policy # is a 9 digit number, ignore any letters at the beginning that you might see. Your pin is provided on page 2 of the covering email that Allianz sends you confirming that they have issued you a tvrl insurance policy. It was only by accident that i spotted this important info(had printed everthg off, was flipping thru the pgs when i spotted ‘your pin number’: 123456(ie 6 digits). So far so good!
