Does not work at all. At one stage, the app only mentions “Atlantic”
Total waste of time, after tons of forms and documents in a crash-a-lot application , I waited hours for video identification but there was no one answering.
My Atlantico app is useless for Canadians (and I think for Americans as well). After sending tons of documentation and waiting for hours for several days for an online verification, the last step after you finally get connected to a rep, is for them to send a text message to your Canadian phone. The problem is that short codes (text messages from banks) from Portugal are not allowed in Canada. Doesn’t matter which mobile phone provider you have in Canada. As a result there is no way to verify your identity online. This is a complete waste of time and energy. I wish they told me this right away, so I didn’t waste my time on this useless app.
Tried the verification call twice. Over one hour waiting each time and no answer. Installed Android 11 and now app is broken.

Completely waste your time. My husband waited/attempted nearly 3 hours on video verification line but no one picked up. Called customer services and they said it usually take two or three minutes.

Identification problem I’ve registered on app and I need to identify myself on a video call with one of your agents and it’s been over a week now and one responds to me. I sent an email 📧 and I got a response that only on the app I can identify myself. I spend hours on the app everyday waiting for one of the agents to respond to me so that I can identify myself with all the necessary documents needed to process the identification but no one replies to me. Now I’m loosing interest in the app😭
