Needs push notifications for messages and works sometimes. Better than nothing but progress can be made here.
This app needs a complete overhaul. Billing etc found on icons on the homepage, whilst most other stuff in the main Central button with the other icons. Bring it all together Then there are several listings for shows etc, some say add to itinerary and other listings for the same show say book now. I’d be annoyed if I got the first listing and missed out if the show was full and was unaware I needed to book. Chat is pretty much unusuable, needs a complete new back end implementing
Useful features like the ability to book onboard activities and chat to fellow guests but poor implementation. Confusing layout and messages don’t always send/receive when connected to onboard WiFi.
App works but MSC maybe not providing accurate information?
Impossible to check in using the app – requir3s you to acklowdge that you have read the security policy twice (second instance immediatley below the first). Impossible to activate the first check box. Surely somebody should have tested such basic functionality!
User friendly! You have all the information digital anywhere you go without carrying papers.

Don’t like when we are not told via app that our prepaid excursions are cancelled and find out that we have been shafted onto another excursion in a different language to English even though prepaid months ago. Very disappointed MSC.
