Awesome experience and good customer service support
The more I try and get work from here they are never readily available when you need actual help. I’ve been at stores needing help ASAP and not getting responses for like 24 hours or longer. I’ve really lost faith and it shows in my work.
I downloaded the app yesterday and there were many jobs available in my area. Like 100. But they all pay $7. I do not leave my house for $7. That doesn’t even pay for gas in California.
They will not pay you and then lock you out because you wanted to be paid! Worst company ever still have yet to pay me for the work already done. Good luck to newbies on getting paid for your fuel you wasted.
Ive worked for this app for years it’s good if you have a project .manager willing to work with you !! No one should have to beg for work !! At the moment it’s great Im totally getting many jobs !! I have done mutiple jobs they find something wrong with just to not pay you. Not worth the time or energy. I have asked for a phone call to discuss issues with NO RESPONSE.
Decent app BUT I have an assignment that won’t upload. It keeps saying it is complete. Then when I set it to upload, it says it is incomplete. I don’t see how to get it fixed and spent an hr plus on the project. Got it sorted, finally.
Ridiculously low paying assignments. Unrealistic to ask you to get a manager at each location and bombard them with questions when everyone is busy and short staffed. Penalized for canceling projects when you get on site and the location is sketchy and unsafe. Large brand companies trying not to hire actual merchandisers and pay pennies for research and product placement.
It was pretty rough at first but I think I figured it out I accidentally had two devices connected to the same account. After deleting one of my devices from the account things seem to work really fast. Although I still am having things kick back to me saying missing information or missing media. Hopefully I can work these things out. All in all pretty good app for somebody who wants to make this a full-time job, such as I have.
