Doesn’t load. Trying to buy tickets and it won’t ever load. Tried waiting and keeps my screen from turning off, have up after 30 min. Can look at what concerts are going on but won’t load if you want to buy tickets. useless if you want to buy tickets for concerts.

I dread having to use these apps. First of all they charge an exorbitant ammount. Tickets for my event was 30 at the door and 25 if you bought online but they added $10 dollar processing fee which made it more than at the door. Heeeeellll no. Screw you guys.
Difficult Getting Into App using Samsung Galaxy S21 plus. The only way you can show your tickets is via this app. I couldn’t get into the app. It said “to ensure secure log in, you must enable the web browser within your device settings”. The chat support said use Google Chrome. He couldn’t tell me how to do this. I found answer an hour later. In a Samsung S21 plus, go to settings > apps, > “choose default apps”, > “browser app” > select Chrome. I hope I have cell service on concert day.
