After a five-month journey through space, NASA’s InSight spacecraft has landed on Mars.
InSight, short for Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport, touched down at approximately 2:54 p.m. EST (11:54 a.m. PST) on Nov. 26, 2018. The spacecraft will now begin a two-year mission to study the deep interior of Mars.
“Landing on Mars is always an incredible accomplishment, but today’s achievement is especially momentous,” said NASA Administrator Jim Bridenstine. “InSight will study the interior of Mars as no spacecraft has done before. It will teach us valuable science about our planet that will impact generations to come.”
This is NASA’s eighth successful Mars landing since the 1976 Vikings. InSight is only the second mission to land on Mars in the last six years.

I’ve been playing this game for a few years and put it down For a year and then some because I got a new phone and my saved data was lost, So I started working To get back to the point that I was at, but quit again because that’s a lot of work. A year later I came back And notice a button that said load cloud save. My whole day has been made! I love what’s been done with the UI. You just don’t quit.
