Do not trust this company with their “services”! I paid a pet fee for them and they were supposed to pay and inform the flights, but they didn’t do anything but they took my money and refused to give it back. The india call agents were RUDE and UNHELPFUL. The last call agent even HUNG UP ON ME! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. It caused me so much distress. Book at your own risk.

After my flight was cancelled by Blue Air (one of the worst companies ever), at the beginning Kiwi wasn’t acting too responsible regarding the situation. At the end they managed to help me and sent my refund as a Kiwi credit. That’s real customer service and I will use Kiwi in the future.
