Wire details not recognising address given, had so much problem sending money to America. You need to look into this because if I hadn’t heard such good things about kinesis I would of left by now. From the UK using barclays. Also wise not recognising details to send money either
Kinesis support is very responsive, I’m working with them now to hopefully get an account set up. Maybe it’ll be enough to get all of us with working apps at long last! 🙂 Cannot verify account because the app won’t take or accept the photo of my ID–I have the same issue as everyone else here. Can you please fix this, or possibly make it so we can do this via email? I use Android, maybe your app only works for Apple. Please fix this! We want to use your platform too.
I did a test wire to Kinesis and though I provided the transaction information, they claim they never received my money. I’m thankful I did a test.
I simply can’t verify my account and I think you know why already. Your app is very buggy. It resets itself to the start of the verification process as you are halfway out almost done. I have tried over 6 times to verify and it keeps happening. I’m done, can’t carry this on forever.
App will not let to log in But I can log in thru an email. Not very safe. Will put in $$## when this issue is fixed
Do not use this app. It’s more like a scam. I sent money from my bank to Kinesis Dollar account over a month and it’s not there yet. Rubbish App!
I CAN’T VERIFY MY ACCOUNT!
Couldn’t pass “Go.” Transfer fiat from my U.S. Bank was impossible. Customer service kept giving conflicting advice, none of it worked. This business model certainly has appeal, but obviously needs a lot more work before people start giving them cash or transferring their metals to them.
Pin setup keeps failing, so have to keep logging in with my email, password and 2FA 🙄
