Refuse 90 day subscription on vital psych meds to ensure you pay membership but keads to days of withdrawal from Kate delivery of medication. It is near impossible to get ahold of a physician without waiting 5+hrs and often if you don’t reply within a short time they cancel your appointment even though you have been waiting 5+hrs. Overall, hated my experience with this app. Not cost effective or convenient. Just anxiety inducing and negligent practices.

I’ve requested an appointment and I’ve been waiting for over 2 hours and no one ever responded and ask them for refund and told me that it has to be approved before they decide to approve it,that really suck that they take your money like that
Refused to treat my outer ear infection kept saying it was a reputed ear drum, it was not had that before, I’ve had ear infections my entire life, ended up driving a hr to go to the er and guess what outer ear infection, they refuse to give me a refund and the nurse I had the unpleasant joy of dealing with through the app was down right rude to me telling me I dint know what’s wrong with me she’s the doctor. Krista Haun was her name feel sorry for whoever deals with her. Will never use agine.
Do not use this app. Save yourself $40 and go to a walk in clinic. I explained my situation to the Doctor, even sent my medical records with my prior diagnosis, and she refused to help. My condition is a fairly straightforward treatment. Now, I got charged $39 for someone to basically tell me to go in person.
Don’t use this service unless you enjoy being ripped off. They will take your money and make you wait hours to be told they cannot help you and that you should request a refund. Then they will decline your refund request.
This service was amazing in 2020 and 2021. However, it has recently gone straight downhill. The prices continue to change and there is no longer a monthly option. You spend a considerable amount of time logging your issue, answering questions, and waiting for a provider to review your information. After waiting for a while, you leave and magically a provider appears (waits literally about 2 minutes) and then closes the visit. This process repeats itself. Actively searching for a better service.
