Ridiculous! I can’t even create an account bc when I try to enter my birth date, it defaults to 2022! Tried to call as the app suggested but was immediately put on hold with no one even answering. I can’t see trusting this company with important rides to see doctors.

Set up rides is easy. It’s the company that has not been reliable.
Just hard to use when you are in a place that won’t give you access to Wi-Fi. Really doesn’t work all that well without the Wi-Fi connection. Other than that I can truly say that they keep their vehicles very clean and maintained. Drivers are courteous and will assist you in and out of the vehicle if you need it. Haven’t had any scheduling problems yet. Most of the time when I schedule a ride they are a few minutes early for pickup.
I secured a ride for my husband and it was confirmed until the day of the appointment there was NOTHING in his history of any rides. Not even cancelled. It was as if it had never happened. I thought since it was confirmed it would be ok. I tried calling multiple times and no answer. I thought this was something I could rely on to help me get my husband to his appointments. What a waste of time.
Poor service. Every one I spoke with refused to help or give me information on my ride.
I have had several really good experiences and a couple of bad experiences but other than that they do their job
