The Imray Navigator app is an excellent tool for sailors and boaters. It provides detailed charts and information on tides, currents, weather, and more. It is easy to use and is a great addition to any boater’s toolkit.
That’s it! That’s how you download Imray Navigator on your PC and install it like a pro. If you’re still trying to figure it out, let us know in the comments below:
A super little stand by app. Excellent clear and detailed charts, this app is self explanatory and easy to use. The customer support service is helpful and friendly. Very pleased, However I have since found another app which gives me the same full quality charts but for FREE ! I am not going to renew my subscription for local charts when other providers are offering the same without charge. Also no adds for a one off payment of £4.
Really useful app.
This app is very poor. It is certainly not good enough to use to navigate a boat. The most serious failing is that it forces you to download updates before you can use it. This is clearly only possible if you have wifi access at the time. I have had to give up using it as i can no longer download updates at all, i get a “download failed” message with no further information. I have, of course, tried uninstalling and reinstalling, only to see the same error. The app is now even worse.
A useful app to track location, routes, send screen shots etc but not as your main electronic means of navigation as too small a screen on mobile and does not work on Windows laptops. It has a very irritating habit of reverting to your position in the wider UK area rather than remaining at the zoom level of your local position last viewed if your put your phone down and the screen lock kicks in
Having changed phones, my charts aren’t now available on the new device. Refresh/restore subscriptions does nothing. Using same credentials as before and the app seems to think I haven’t got a subscription.
