I haven’t been able to log on all season its a shame loved it while it was working
App won’t even open anymore……
If i could rate 0 stars i would. How tf you make this app and you cant login. You go to register and it tried to make you login. You click signup and it takes you to the same register screen which tells you to login. Unbelievable. Reset password. Nope. Acc doesnt exist. Just ridiculous.
Won’t open
App is garbage. New York State can’t get anything right. App doesn’t even open. Crashes immediately.
I love the app when it works lately it only opens as far as the loading screen then closes
Lots of problems with Kalkomy. Several problems purchasing licenses and DMPs. It’s so bad NYS issues a problem/issue telephone number in the first paragraph of the form letter that comes with your tags! I needed 2 emails and 2 phone calls to fix. Right now I cannot display my licenses on my phone. Best to buy licenses in person. Take a picture on your phone. Link to DEC site works ok, but you will need wifi or use your satalite connection.
Can’t even open the app. Had to uninstall it when I couldn’t pull up updated licenses, then reinstall… that worked, 1 (one) time, now can’t even open it. Says it has a bug and needs updated after dev. update…..well it’s NYS so that will be never
Had it for a few years and this year it’s dead. After a few calls and few hours on the phone they still can’t get it corrected. Good ol NYS for ya! Yes I kno its a 3rd party company. Call on the phone or go to ur local licensing office.
