Too many times I’ve had to re sign on.
Poorly executed, does very little compared to any other cruise line app. Only good for seeing daily activities and deck plans, but not filterable. Can only see today’s menu. Can’t checkin for or reserve dining. Pretty weak.
Not responding
Very unreliable. The app is heavily promoted by HAL but can’t be relied upon. My boarding pass, as displayed in the app, directed me to the wrong pier, luckily my Uber driver knew the correct location. The wallet displays bookings that have been cancelled or changed as well as those that are correct.
Ok when it works.
Very disapponted this app will not download on my husband’s S8 Samsung phone! It says: this app will not work on this phone. We tried changing screen resolution (one answer we saw in the web), but that didn’t work. Is there a solution?
All I get is a white screen. Emailed tech support twice, no response. Cruise leaving in 4 days.
Clunky message interface that required this Android user to repeatedly turn wifi off and on anytime I got new messages.
Every time I try to open the app it requires me to sign in. I uninyand reinstalled just the other day and now this is happening. Not sure how that is supposed to be helpful when I am on the boat with no internet access
Practically unusable app. Holland America proprietary app, very difficult to use, navigate, and interface with other apps such as email, messaging and WhatsApp. I Required to purchase the package but cannot be used efficiently at all.
