Its a nice game but when i complete the runner dude it just shows a black screeb

When I launch the game it shows an introduction video and then requests me to please wait then booooom it auto exits its self back to my phone’s home screen😔 I don’t Wana accept the fact that I wasted my data but yeah I did. Should I just give up or can it be helped?
