On my second heys bag after an extremely low quality overpriced first one ordered online. Servo makes a noise, but bag remains locked and can only be opened with the key. Proximity sensor goes off even while my bag is in the room with me, and scale takes an absurd amount of time and gives inconsistent results
Not getting connected
Yeah it’s cool as long as you don’t lose your password. As soon as you do you can’t reset it, and there is no support or at least no reply to an email after 3 days. Plenty of videos and support on how to reset the lock but not the password in the application.
I did register and trying to pair the luggage via bluetooth, it says cannot connect and device not found. Another problem is because the lock is via blue tooth so now I cannot open the luggage. Not really a tech friendly.
what happen to your google play application..i started to use my email to open it but it says HTTP NOT FOUND? 😢😢😢
Just got a smart carry on as a gift. Lock motor makes noise but doesn’t unlock. Proximity alarm goes off with bag beside me and phone.

i just got my smart luggages carry on. and i am having a difficult time getting the zip to unlock who do i call for instuction i also download the smart luggage app and it is not pairing up with the blue tooth
