The app by itself good but driver support very unprofessional I arrived on site 40 minutes earlier which mostly time works out well if the customer at place when I contacted customer support chat she keep asking me why I’m so early? when I said Okay I can cancel it she told me If I cancel i will be charged 50$ fee and I will be suspended.Really bad experience
Don’t waste your time if you don’t live exactly in the zip code they service! Onboarding zip code policy is a joke ! Try to send them a message on support and you get the same automated response every time ! Couriers drive to the service area companys service No one sits home waiting for work! DO BETTER GO SHARE!!
Never seen a job yet always no longer available. And notification comes via email who uses email like that
Worst app ever. For more than 4 months, It doesn’t show me any project. I rarely got notification pop up, but I cannot see any project when I quickly open the app.
App keeps on crashing and logs me out every time. Any time a job comes up the time it takes to log back in job becomes unavailable
The jobs come in rarely for this area. When they do come in they last less then a minute. I had to go through a long process for background check and they charge $150, they charge you, if you have lived in other states. I still have yet to make my money back. It has been weeks
Signed up several months ago. Still says account not setup yet.
I’ve been on this site for months and I very seldom get notifications for gigs and the times I do it’s mostly never in my area I have contacted the company several times and it’s still the same.
Apps a big scam. They make you pay $45 for a background check. You’ll never get a job though them. Too many people not enough work
It took me awhile to sign up to this app only to be disappointed very quickly. Don’t believe the $90hr ad or the $60 ad on average. It’s much much less. Jobs are way less than advertised. In my opinion: THEY ASK FOR TOO MUCH TO PAY SO LITTLE. Don’t believe? Go right ahead. My score: an absolute well deserved 0.
