What were you guys thinking? I had my folders arranged by season and you came and rearranged them all by something I couldn’t care less. Instead of adding a bunch more icons how about letting us add our own
App is slow, often unresponsive, crashes at random. The system does not currently allow control of the lights to be linked into a true automation solution like Home Assistant, which would spare users the pain of interacting with this app. For the cost of the system I expected better.
Your app and product is the worst.
good app relatively simple to use
Love the lights but not this app. I have 2 controllers and one of them (same one each time) goes offline once a week. Usually I reset the breaker and it returns to service. However, today I tried that, plus all the other suggestions on the support page. When I try to reconnect to Wi-Fi, it says my password is wrong, which it’s not. It will connect to Bluetooth, but never switches to Wi-Fi. As soon as I walk out of BT range, the controller disconnects.
12/31/22: Just what I needed for tracklights 😁🤩 I get many compliments for my lights! (1) NEEDS a way to see currently ACTIVE pattern. (2) PDF Help file explaining all the patterns & how they work & tutorials to create patterns. (3) A way to visualize LED layout on my home; the dot matrix layout is weird & frustrating. (4) Wish it had a way to setup lights if App isn’t working or unavailable: like a web interface or a physical hub device. (5) a SEARCH FUNCTION. (6) Wish it had holograms.
