After I downloaded it asked for a ZIP CODE then press CONTINUE, AFTER THAT IT DOESN’T WORK ANYMORE DOESN’T LET ME CONTINUE APP SUCKS, I DOWNLOADED UNINSTALLED 3X AND STILL DID THE SAME THING.
Would be great if prices were accurate. I find myself actually needing to correct a listed gas price than finding one that’s right. And often find reported prices even being incorrect i don’t really even bother with the app anymore

I can’t believe I hadn’t already rated this great app. I’ve had Gas Buddy for years and I love it. It helps me find the cheapest gas, tells me trends and the best times to purchase gas. Update: Lately the gas prices are all wrong, much higher than the app says. Do check the time the last user posted. If it’s more than an hour don’t trust it. I pursued an active deal for $2.78 but when I got to the station the price was $3.49. Gas Buddy only discounts 6¢; prices in app are NOT guaranteed.
Someone was able to order a replacement card and have it delivered to an address in FL when my account was located in NY and dormant for years. They were also able to add someone else’s bank acct, not in my name. This shouldnt have been so easy to pull off. There is no easily available customer service number to call. Chat was helpful but not reassuring to say someone will be in touch 2-5 days from today when hundreds of dollars in charges are occurring
There is no location to update your checking account. The help section states a location which is not in my updated app. Customer service can’t help. You lost a paying customer.
Gas stations constantly lie about their gas prices. And when I update the price, even if I update the price on two separate phone with two separate accounts, app refuses to fix the price. Why am I going to the trouble to give you the prices if you’re not going to use them? I’m doing it so people don’t go out of the way thinking they’re getting a good price when they’re going to get ripped off with prices 30 cents more than what your app says. What is wrong with you? You’re useless.

Horrible. Only good in your area…if you’re traveling, it sucks. Lots of errors and shutdowns.
