To install the FleetMon on your Windows computer, you will need to install an Android emulator first. Let’s see how to get this done in a few minutes:
- The first thing you’ll do is download the Memu emulator on your computer. You will find it in your Downloads folder.
- Installing it may take longer if your PC has less power. A powerful PC makes the installation faster. Just double click on the file and accept the installation.
- Decline the additional app installations, click on finish, and the Memu emulator will launch on your computer.
- Play store is pre-installed in Memu, and you’ll see it right after the installation is done. Open it up by double clicking.

worst UI.. nonintuitive except 4 the icon that starts the app.. heh, seriously! bunches of people try 2 use this app but as soon as something just slightly better comes along, this will quickly die..
Not showing accurate location or sailing direction unless using paid Sat Ais . Tracked vessel for two days and showed no movement yet showed 15 kts speed . Now showing wrong direction . Even though vessel sends periodic location , the location that Fleetmon shows is days old . Out of dozen similar apps that I tried not a single one works in real time unless the AIS info is from a satilite and for this you have to pay , useless and disappointing

Still not useable, on this device with this connection.
Could not get it to work on my Samsung tablet. Uninstalled it after about five minutes. The new version now runs on my tablet. That said, it’s a little quirky running in Samsung DeX.
Bad UI. Poorly engineered. Freezes. Mostly useless. Saw your message about rebuilding it from scratch. Still can’t sign up. Maybe you should just stop trying? Pretty certain software isn’t your thing. Neither is English. Have someone proof read your stuff before putting it out like that.
