Recent Field Nation Reviews
When I first started on Field Nation it was a little chaotic with paydays being Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But it worked. Now approval times are up to 3 weeks with up to 3 more weeks to payout. I understand your reasoning about being able to have the reserve to add jobs. Since I posted this. We got a letter from the owner saying he would try to get us paid faster. But the approval times have gotten longer if you ask me.
Obnoxious Nothing more annoying than forcing busy professionals to spend an hour setting up an account in your terrible app just to see whether or not work is available in your area. Garbage app. Avoid.
We are going to have to start charging FN for the extreme increase in time taken to complete a WO on the app. It freezes if you type more the 5 lines in a message. It takes FOREVER to complete WO onsite due to week slow app and even worse when your at home with high speed internet but FN app keeps freezing and it won’t let you saved what you typed so you have to type the whole message over again just for it to freeze on you again and your not able to at least copy and past.
Communication is good. Just be on top of your tickets and YOU keep your communication good and your work professional.
Mar/10/23 I was forced to update and the App is now hanging when loading, when the app loads it freezes for 15 seconds and you can’t tap anything to view your assigned work orders, it loads into available WOs first just annoying.
Great functionality in the app on apple and droid devices. A steady pipeline of work. Always responsive within minutes whenever an issue arises. Great company and platform.
Last update doesn’t update properly and most updates make the app worse. I get notifications that someone sent me a message but nothing about it and when you click on the notification it never brings you to the mrssage
The app update and give you some new headache every few months. It was “not stay login” not too long ago, then “unable to choose upload folder” couples of months ago. Now, it “forgetting your location radius”. Can’t view or get jobs notifications if the app keep defaulting back to minimum travel radius.
